The cottage is accessed via a B-road. Turning down a small access lane. Parking in front of house on a concrete area. Note concrete is quite old and not that even. Small step (< 20mm) into house. Floors on ground floor even, but small reasonably narrow gaps between some doors. Shower and toilet on ground floor. TV and DVD work by remote control. Stairs to first floor quite steep and restricted. Also curve around 90 degrees. Garden accessible and reasonably level, but some rabbit holes likely. Public transport from the village of Dale about 2 miles away. Some mobile signal in house, best at kitchen window, but not great. External lights are operated by switches from inside the house. NOTE, this is a remote location and it cannot be guaranteed that anyone will be on the head while you are there. Please plan accordingly.
